Exxact Express provides full Electronic Data Interchange capabilities to our customers, offering the most current technology available.

204 : Load Tender
Load information received via EDI is processed every 15 minutes. Customer sends us the information about the load, and our system processes it so that it is available for viewing by Operations and Customer Service.

210 : Freight Billing
Load and billing details such as pieces, weight, charges as required by customer. These will be sent when the load is billed.

214 : Shipment Status
Date and time of pickup and/or delivery as required by customer. Also have the ability to send appointment information and delay reasons. All EDI loads are monitored and status information is sent based upon customer requirements.

820 : Remittance Advice
Invoice number and amounts paid by wire sent by customer.

990 : Offering Response
Accept or Reject of 204 (Freight Offering) sent via EDI within one hour, depending upon customer requirements. After the 204 is processed, Operations makes the decision based upon availability of equipment.
