What type of driving positions do you offer?

We offer over the road driving including 34 states. We also have open positions for drivers in the Southeast region and local areas.

How often will I get paid?

Driver payroll is processed weekly and distributed on Fridays by direct deposit.

How often will I get home?

As Exxact is a Florida-based carrier, your truck will frequently be in and out of the state picking up and delivering. We ask that you give us two weekends on the road, and we will ensure that you have two weekends at home.

What about a retirement plan?

Company drivers are eligible for our retirement plan once certain tenure requirements are met.

From what areas do you hire?

Typically Exxact looks to hire in its operating area of 34 states east of the Mississippi.

In which areas do you run?

Exxact consistently runs from Texas up to the Chicago area and all states east.

What type of trucks do you have?

Volvo ISX Auto Shift
Volvo ISX Straight Shift

What type of trailers do you use?

All of Exxact’s trailers are 53' x 102" dry vans.

How many miles can I run per week?

On any given week, a driver may run between 2800 – 3200 miles.

How much hand unloading do you have?

Approximately 95% of the freight is no touch; the other 5% is driver assisted.

Do you have any dedicated runs?

Dedicated runs are not necessary due to the ability to achieve required amount of miles.

What is the truck's set, maximum speed?

The maximum truck speed is 72 MPH.

Will I keep the same truck?

Yes, drivers will maintain the same truck during their term with Exxact.

Can I take my truck home with me?

Drivers are permitted to take their trucks home with them, but we do have a secured lot where vehicles can be parked while not in use.

Do you allow spouse’s to ride along?

Company drivers are not permitted to have passengers ride along. Owner operators must obtain a rider permit that is chargeable to the driver.

What is Exxact Transport/Express’ pet policy?

Pets are not permitted in company equipment.
